The Crow's Foot was one of the Imperial frigates said to be escorting Dragon, although it didn't arrive with the battleship. It jumped into the Aster system after Dragon had lured the allied forces of Operation Menelaus into a sense of false security and immediately attacked Griffin (resulting in the deaths of the Red Devils, who were spaced during the assault). The frigate was later taken down by Kelly Taylor, Enrique Todd and Chaz Koonan, who engaged it with the ATAFs.
