The Attribute of the Strong [Toggle Spoilers]

The planet became the scene of a battle in the HD 21563010 system, when Parks, Natalia and the White Knights discovered the Elpis' Gift in a decaying orbit around it. The group of seven men and women made the journey from Cratos to the freighter, in order to retrieve the prototype TSB that had been stored there.

The methane clouds around the gas giant provided cover to Cratos and the Elpis' Gift during the space battle between them and Chimera, which had been dispatched to investigate Cratos' jump out of Sol. The methane clouds had a detrimental effect on both the Pandorans' ability to pilot their fighters, as well as plasma cannon fire itself (including accelerator beams). The storms and somewhat chaotic weather patterns also granted certain advantages to those fighting aboard the Elpis, as the freighter rocked heavily.
