Scott Mansun is the project manager of the Advanced Tactical Assault Fighter program, working at the Obex Research Centre on Xalan.

Mansun answered a number of questions during the ATAF presentation given to the White Knights, Red Devils, and Silver Panthers.

Chaz Koonan crushed Mansun's hand in the post-evaulation meeting aboard Xalan Orbital, angry that he was being transferred to the Temper system and was not being released from his "contract" with the CSN. After witnessing the result, James Ainsworth, the chief engineer, chose not to shake Chaz's hand.
