Nelson Winward is a CSN starfighter pilot and a member of the Yellow Dogs fighter squadron.

 

 

The Honour of the Knights [Toggle Spoilers]

Nelson Winward was one of the five original ATAF test pilots, who attempted to flee the CSN and the ATAF program upon the discovery of the true intentions of Operation Sudarberg, the Pandorans, and the true fate of the Mitikas Empire.

His assassination was ordered Fleet Admiral David Turner shortly after, along with all the other members of the Yellow Dogs. Winward procured a little-modified, weaponless Dart to help him escape, but was chased down by a wing of TAFs. He had been shot down quickly, the assassination being filed under general system policing and security.
