TBFTSS : The Pandoran War v0.4

v0.4 of the The Pandoran War is now available for download. This major change in this version is the addition (and focus on) mouse controls. The game is new controlled mostly by the mouse, with the keyboard used for support actions in combat (such as activating the ECM and Boost). A load of new missions have been added, as well as a scripting system, that allows the missions to be fleshed out with events and character dialog. Laser weapons were also added, that have devestating effects on a craft's shields.
