HONOUR OF THE KNIGHTS (First Edition), book one of the BATTLE FOR THE SOLAR SYSTEM trilogy has now passed 50 ratings on the UK iBookstore (it is up to 52 ratings as of this morning), holding an average rating of 4.5 out of 5. It has also held a constant top 10 position since it arrived there in mid-October 2010. The book has also been highly rated on the US iBookstore, holding a score of 4 out of 5, from 43 ratings. In addition to this, the novel has also passed 3,000 Kindle sales, the bulk of which having occurred in the UK. Over 10,000 downloads have also occurred since it was made available.

This is an excellent reception for a Creative Commons licensed book, the series clearly gaining a huge number of fans in a short space of time.

With any luck, 2011 will continue to be a great year for the series.
